POLYTEKS was founded in 1986, known for revolutionizing the yarn sector in Turkey. The factory specialized in the manufacture of continuous synthetic yarns, and it operates in its own modern production plant covering an area of 40.000m². Thanks to the steady growth achieved through wise investments in human resources and technology under the guidance of the R&D Team, the Group enlarged with new companies and plants. TASDELEN TEKSTIL is founded in the year 1996 and SINTAS dye house started production in the year 2007. The production capacity is over 3,500 tons per month including POY, raw white and spun dyed FDY, and over 3,000 tons of texturized, air covered, and twisted yarns. The production range also includes various fancy and technical yarns which have a capacity of over 350 tons per month. The company is increasing the number of satisfied clients via a customer-oriented approach and strict quality standards throughout 36 years. They have experience at spinning (and bicomponent spinning), texturizing (friction and air-jet), and twisting production processes. With its wide product range, Polyteks produces yarns for many sectors such as apparel (sport&active wear, innerwear, and lingerie, outerwear, socks, etc.), home textiles (upholstery, curtain, carpet), technical textiles (protective, outdoor, etc.), defense industry, automotive, medical textiles. They always invest in R&D, people, and technology. Their goal is to bring continuity to their quality and growth. Polyteks Research & Development Center is steadily following new technologies and working to develop products, improve the quality and productivity through their deep know-how. R&D Departments are primarily aiming to improve customer satisfaction, improve and renew the company’s strength in the market by enlarging the product portfolio. At the moment with their 30+ engineers, they carry out R&D trials and made many national and international projects. The most important developments in the textile industry have been to increase the importance of sustainable and technical products. In particular, they attach great importance to the use of recycled raw materials, which are widely available today, and have the GRS Certificate. With its latest technical equipment and staff, POLYTEKS is capable of the physical and chemical analysis of all samples at every stage of production. POLYTEKS works in conformity with the internationally accredited quality control and feedback systems (ISO9001). They care and respect for humans and nature at every stage of production is certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
