Maritaş Textile, started manufacturing quality textiles with second-hand machinery park in 2004, with the capacity of 4 million meters/year. With the additional investments, the total capacity increased to 7,5 million meters/year in 2006. The same year, Maritaş Textile started the fabric sale. Following the modernization progress in the year 2010, Maritaş improved its manufacturing capacity to 12 million meters/year. Today, with the total capacity of 22 million meters/year fabric production and 5800 tons/year yarn production, Maritaş continues to improve with its 42.000 m2 open, 32.000 m2 closed plant covering 2 weaving and 1 yarn facilities. Focusing on quality, Maritaş is a major contributor to the textile export industry in Turkey, in addition to its endless efforts on research and development activities to become even better and hold the leading position in hand. Maritaş Textile which exports to Spain, Italy, Germany, Tunisia, Portugal, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, aims to become the leading Turkish textile company that exports fabric and yarn worldwide.
